The "Environmental Cost Surcharge" applies to flight segments marketed and operated by the Lufthansa Group departing from the EU-27 countries, as well as from Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland. Furthermore, the surcharge applies when the applicable flight segment is operated by certain joint venture partners.
