SWISS is offering a new baggage collection, check-in and delivery service in partnership with airportr. On departure from Switzerland, we will collect your baggage from the address of your choice and check it in for you. On your return to Switzerland, we deliver it directly to your home or hotel.

Book your baggage pick-up or delivery up to 23 hours before your flight departure. On departure, choose a pick-up time, and all you need to do is pack your suitcase. On arrival, schedule your luggage delivery to your home or hotel at a time that suits you.
On departure: a smooth, fast and comfortable start of your journey
We collect your luggage from the address of your choice. It will then be secured and checked in, you simply have to collect it from the baggage conveyor at the destination airport.

This service can also be booked for your return flight to Zurich or Geneva. Your luggage will be collected for you on arrival, checked at customs and delivered directly to your home or hotel.
