Conditions Easter raffle

The raffle is organised by Swiss International Air Lines AG (hereinafter "SWISS").

For reasons of readability, the masculine form has been chosen in the text; nevertheless, the information refers to members of both genders.

By entering the raffle, the participant accepts the following conditions:

For valid participation in the raffle, the participant must follow the printed instructions on the found easter egg, which are the following:

To claim the voucher, the winner must take a photo of the Easter egg found and send it via private message on Facebook, Instagram or X to @flyswiss (SWISS). This photo must show the numbering of the egg, e.g. 1/20, 2/20, 3/20. The deadline for submitting the photo of the found ice cream is 7 April 2024, 11.59 pm.

The raffle will start on 29 March October 2024 and will end on 7 April 2024 at 11.59pm. Entries received after the closing time of the raffle will not be considered, regardless of the reason for the delay. The electronically recorded time of entry is decisive. SWISS is not liable for late entries and cannot be held responsible for technical faults in transmission, in particular for network, electronic or computer failures.

Participation in the raffle is free of charge and independent of any purchase or use of paid services. All possible costs incurred by the participant as a result of participation which are outside the sphere of influence of SWISS (such as the participant's personal online access) shall be borne exclusively by the participant.

All natural persons resident in Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 at the time of entry are eligible to enter the raffle.

Each person is only entitled to participate once. Multiple entries are excluded and will not be taken into account.

Employees of SWISS and other companies of the Lufthansa Group and their relatives as well as agencies commissioned by SWISS and their employees are excluded from participation.

SWISS is entitled to exclude individual participants from the raffle if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation, influencing the raffle, manipulation, etc.. Participants entered automatically by bots or other technical aids will also be excluded from the raffle.

In the event of a reason for exclusion, prizes may be subsequently withdrawn and prizes already paid out or delivered may be reclaimed.

SWISS is giving away a flight voucher worth CHF 500.- with every egg found, which can be redeemed for a flight booking on www.swiss.com. The respective terms and conditions on the voucher apply, e.g. date restrictions for booking and redemption. These can be found on the voucher won.

The winner will be contacted by private message on social media, without any public announcement.

The winner will be asked to contact SWISS by private message and send a photo of the egg found. Each voucher (coding on each egg) may be redeemed a maximum of once. The winner is obliged to actively pursue communication with SWISS. The claim to the prize will be forfeited without substitution if the winner does not respond to the private messages from SWISS within 48 hours.

The prize cannot be transferred, assigned or exchanged. Cash payment is not possible.

The flight vouchers will be sent to the winner digitally, e.g. by private message on social media or by email.

SWISS reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, SWISS reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the raffle at any time. This applies in particular if there are reasons that would disrupt or prevent the raffle from running as planned. In such a case, the participant shall not be entitled to any claims against SWISS.

SWISS accepts no liability to the winner for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the raffle, data processing and the prize.

Personal data of the participant (e.g. e-mail addresses, names, addresses) will be processed for the purpose of the raffle in accordance with these conditions of participation. This raffle is not connected to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or X and is not sponsored, supported or organised in any way by Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or X. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by those valid and enforceable provisions whose effects come closest to the objective pursued by SWISS. In the event of a discrepancy between the German or English version of these Conditions of Participation, the German version shall prevail.

Legal recourse is excluded.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the raffle.

Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the conflict of laws rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bülach, Switzerland.
