  1. These Terms & Conditions of Use govern the use of the online profile service (hereinafter “swiss.com profile”) offered by Swiss International Air Lines AG (“SWISS”). By creating and using your swiss.com profile and consenting to these Terms & Conditions of Use, they are deemed accepted by you.
  2. Once you have created your swiss.com profile and consented to these Terms & Conditions of Use, you will be sent an activation link which will unlock your online profile (double opt-in).
  3. Please keep the password you have set up in a safe place. You bear full responsibility for the use of your password.
  4. You have the option of selecting permanent login. If you select this option, you remain logged into your swiss.com profile until you actively log out again. Please note that this is also the case when you log in at a public computer and select permanent login there. You bear the full responsibility and liability for handling your permanent login.   6. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the profile and booking services. SWISS also bears no liability for the accuracy of the information published on the website, in particular about the status and flight times of your flight booking.

  8. All brand rights, copyrights, database rights and further rights for the protection of intellectual property lie with SWISS or its licensors. Any use beyond that provided for in these Terms & Conditions of Use requires the prior consent of SWISS in writing.
