For flights with Austrian Airlines (code ‘OS’), Austrian Airlines is the contracting party and the ​General Conditions of Carriage (GCC) of Austrian Airlines AG apply.

For flights with the airline Germanwings (Code ‘4U’), Eurowings is the contracting party and the ​General Conditions of Carriage (GCC) of Eurowings GmbH apply.

For flights with Brussels Airline (Code ‘SN’), Brussels Airline is the contracting party and the ​General Conditions of Carriage (GCC) of Brussels Airline AG apply.

For flights with the airline Eurowings (Code ‘EW’), Eurowings is the contracting party and the ​General Conditions of Carriage (GCC) of Eurowings GmbH apply.
