You are able to buy several lounge access vouchers if you are travelling with other passengers.

A lounge access voucher may be purchased by all SWISS, Edelweiss, Lufthansa and Austrian passengers. Passengers in Business or First Class, as well as Miles & More HON Circle, Senator or Frequent Traveller passengers, are already entitled to free access to the lounges.

Your lounge access voucher is personal and non-transferable. It is only valid when presented alongside the corresponding valid flight ticket.

You are able to buy several lounge access vouchers if you are travelling with other passengers. Lounge access vouchers can only be purchased for passengers of SWISS, Edelweiss, Lufthansa or Austrian with a valid flight ticket.

The lounge voucher gives you access to Swiss Business departure lounges in Zurich and Geneva. Furthermore you can buy access to selected lounges of the Group.

SWISS Business departure lounges in Zurich: for most intercontinental flights in the new, modern SWISS Lounge area above the E gates in dock E and in the Non-Schengen Area (SWISS Lounge D). In the airport, simply follow the signs to the “SWISS Lounges”. The SWISS Lounges in Terminal A after the security check are also available and offer a wide range of benefits. In Geneva, the SWISS Business Lounge is located a few meters directly after the security check, simply go up the escalator on the right.

 SWISS pre-paid lounge access is only valid in the lounges you purchased the access for. Besides the Swiss Business lounges in Zurich, Geneva and New York (JFK), further lounges are offered. Details can be found when searching for locations on the booking page.

A lounge access voucher can be used by any passenger with a valid ticket for a SWISS, Edelweiss, Lufthansa or Austrian flight.

SWISS First Lounges are exclusively reserved for our SWISS First and HON Circle passengers. Access to these lounges is only granted to SWISS First passengers and cannot be purchased separately.

Please bring the following two documents with you: your boarding pass and your personal lounge access voucher that you have purchased. Simply show both of these at the lounge reception and you are free to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the lounge.

A lounge access voucher allows you to enjoy the benefits of the lounge on the day of the flight that was selected when purchasing the voucher. A lounge access voucher is valid for the entire opening time of the lounge on the day of your flight departure.

Your lounge access voucher is only valid for one lounge. You are not able to use your voucher on successive visits to different lounges.

If your flight has been delayed, your voucher remains valid for the day of your departure.

If SWISS has to cancel your flight for operational reasons, you are able to request a refund of your lounge access voucher. Please request a refund using the ​mail address stated on your lounge access document.

If you do not use your lounge access voucher on the day of your flight, it will no longer be valid. If you decide to cancel or to rebook your flight, the lounge access voucher corresponding to the original flight will become null and void. It will not be refunded nor can it be redeemed for the new date.

Lounge access vouchers are available on swiss.com. Pricing depends on the lounge you want to access and location. For customers traveling in Premium Economy Class, a discounted access applies.

Lounge access voucher can be paid for by credit card.

Unfortunately, miles cannot be used to pay for lounge access vouchers.
