SWISS and Lufthansa Group have decided to resume flights to Tel Aviv from February 01, 2025. 

The already decided suspension of SWISS flights to and from Beirut up to and including June 9 remains in place.

Rebooking and additional information         

In the event of a cancellation, SWISS will rebook you free of charge and usually automatically to another flight and inform you via your mobile phone number. If you do not receive a message from SWISS, please check the current status of your booking. Here you can also adjust the rebooking if required.  Alternatively, you can also use the SWISS Chat Assistant.

Air passenger rights

Check-in 1 is currently closed for SWISS Economy and SWISS Premium Economy guests due to renovation work. Passengers in these classes are kindly requested to proceed to the counters in Check-in 3.

SWISS Business and SWISS First guests can continue to use the usual counters at Check-in 1. The same applies to HON Circle, Senator, Frequent Traveller and Star Alliance Gold guests. If you arrive by train, a dedicated luggage check-in counter for premium customers is also available in Check-in 3 above the railway station. In all other cases, we recommend using Check-in 1. 

Passengers with animals in the hold or unaccompanied minors in any travel class are requested to continue using Check-in 1. Passengers with limited mobility may use either Check-in 1 or Check-in 3.
