Boarding by groups
To ensure a smooth boarding process at the gate, we call all our passengers to board by groups.
SWISS has introduced a group boarding procedure so that you can board your aircraft more quickly and conveniently. You can find your boarding group on your boarding pass. Please do not proceed to boarding until your group is called, and have your boarding pass and all necessary travel documents to hand.
Passengers who check in together will, of course, be assigned to the same boarding group and will therefore also board together.
After pre-boarding, passengers in priority boarding groups 1 and 2 will board the aircraft. All other boarding groups will then be invited to board.
Please note that all boarding groups will be called to board individually and sequentially. There may be exceptions due to local circumstances and for flights located in positions on the apron to which you will be transported by bus.
