Economy Light fares cannot be rebooked. Economy Classic fares and upwards can be rebooked plus possible fare differences. The originally paid ticket amount will be credited against the new ticket. In this case also a fare, tax, fees and charges differential might apply. The following conditions must be observed:

For the SWISS care service for unaccompanied children, in addition to the price of the flight, a care service charge applies per route and per child (even in the case of siblings travelling together): CAD 230
For international flights, the Infant fare is 10% of the adult fare plus applicable fees.
You can take your dog or cat with you in the cabin on your SWISS flight. We’ll check the availability and make the booking for you no later than 72 hours before departure. We shall inform you by email if it is not possible to make the booking for your pet. If your booking is successful, you must pay the fees incurred when checking in at the airport.
Dogs and cats that weigh more than 8 kg including their transport container may be transported under certain conditions as excess baggage in the aircraft’s air-conditioned cargo hold.
