In accordance with current EU law (article 20 paragraph 3 Regulation (EU) no. 996/2010), you have the right to provide SWISS with the name and address of a contact person who is to be informed in the event of an accident or incident involving your aircraft. This is so SWISS can ensure that your dependents are notified as quickly as possible. None of the details you provide will be passed on to third parties or evaluated for commercial purposes.
In order to name a contact person for a current SWISS booking, please contact a Service Centre or the travel agency that made your booking.
