Terms and conditions for SWISS group trips

Minimum group sizes: Minimum ten people who travel there and back together.

Please note that children under 12 may only travel when accompanied by an adult.

Routes available: from all airports in Austria, Germany and Switzerland to all destinations within the Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS route network which are operated by an Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa or SWISS aircraft.

Payment: pay within seven days of the booking by credit card or bank transfer. Please note: For payments made by a foreign credit card within Germany additional fees may be charged.

Information on additional fees

Registration of names: the names of all passengers must be registered at least 14 days before departure. Should names not be provided by this deadline the booking will be cancelled at cost.

Issuing of the travel documents: tickets issued 14 days before departure.

Rebooking: rebookings are not possible.

Name changes: names can be changed for free and without a problem before tickets are issued. Name changes after tickets have been issued are only possible for a fee of 100 EUR per name that is to be changed. Name corrections (e.g., following marriage) are, however, allowed for free after the tickets have been issued.

Cancellation and refunds after payment but before tickets have been issued: if cancelling after the tickets have been issued the price of the flight as well as the national/international charges will not be refunded. Unused taxes and charges are, however, refundable.
