Problems can always occur in a complex flight network. We will take care of any delayed or damaged item of baggage.

Please use this form to:

  • apply for a reimbursementof the costs of personal hygiene items and clothing in accordance with the statutory regulations if your checked baggage is delayed.
  • contact us for a reimbursement due to damage to your baggage.

If you have not yet reported your delayed baggage, please do so immediately at the baggage tracing desk at the airport or online.
