Fare product: We offer you group bookings with a minimum of 1 bag per person.

Payment: The regular form of payment is via bank transfer and payment must be made immediately after the group contract is signed.

Contract conditions: Minimum of 10 passengers

• 80% Booking Guarantee – upon contract signature until 15 days before departure (20% of the seats can be cancelled free of charge, as long as group minimum of 10 passengers is respected)
• 100% Booking Guarantee – 14 to 0 days before departure (no free of charge cancellation permitted)

Name deadline: 30 days before departure

Ticketing deadline: 14 days before departure

Rebooking:

• Before ticket issuance: no rebooking permitted
• After ticket issuance: rebooking permitted, as per fare conditions. But minimum one direction must remain with the main group.

Any rebooking request needs to be placed at least three working days before departure. Rebooking fee and fare/tax difference only payable via credit card.

Name change:

• Before ticketing: free of charge
• After ticketing: CHF 110/EUR 100 fee (Name change only up to 72h before departure)
