Problems can always occur in a complex flight network. We will take care of any delayed or damaged item of baggage.

Please use this form to:

  • apply for a reimbursement of the costs of personal hygiene items and clothing in accordance with the statutory regulations if your checked baggage or mobility device (wheelchair, stroller, bike) is delayed.
  • contact us for a reimbursement due to damage to your baggage or mobility device.
