Powerpay - Payment offer

Within our variety of payment methods we also offer payment on invoice including option on payment by instalments when booking via swiss.com. Invoice processing is done in cooperation with our partner POWERPAY.

Preconditions

  • Private residential address in Switzerland or in Principality of Liechtenstein
  • Payment solely in Swiss Franc (CHF)
  • First flight departure has to be in Switzerland
  • First flight departure must not be within next 48 hours after booking


Payment Procedure

  • To make use of payment on invoice benefits including option on payment by instalments choose payment method “Invoice” at booking step “Payment” when booking on swiss.com. After an upfront verification of your personal data, invoice processing is done by our partner POWERPAY.
  • After a successful booking, you will receive your personal travel documents from SWISS including your ticket number. For subsequent invoices from POWERPAY your ticket number functions as retailer reference. You will receive an invoice regularly 48 hours after having completed the booking via email.
  • POWERPAY offers you to pay the invoice in full free of any interests and charges within 14 days after invoicing or to make a partial payment to pay in flexible monthly instalments. Your monthly POWERPAY invoice will be sent to you by post and lists all purchases and payments from the previous month including your remaining balance.

Conditions

  • If you pay the invoice in full within 14 days after receiving the invoice no costs will be charged.
  • When making partial payments, at least 10% of invoice amount have to be paid and interests of 12%, as well as CHF 2,90 per postal delivery of your monthly invoice, will be charged. or amounts greater than CHF 499,99 maximum three monthly instalments are allowed.
  • Your individual payment deadline and minimum amount to be paid per instalment can be found on your monthly POWERPAY invoice.
