Before take-off, the Maître de Cabine informs the cabin crew of the number of passengers and the service. The allocation of tasks is discussed and an emergency issue discussed. The pilots also provide the details of the route, course and weather. The briefing gives the crew the safety of knowing they are working as links in a strong chain.
