Our newly developed cabin will debut on the new Airbus A350-900 next year and will then be gradually extended to our Airbus A330 and Boeing B777 fleets. SWISS Senses, however, goes beyond the cabin: it is the result of a collaborative effort involving countless individuals across SWISS, whose passion, commitment and dedication have brought this vision to life, creating a unique long-haul experience that elevates every aspect of your time on board.
A commitment to comfort
“Our guests are the compass that guide us here at SWISS. It is our guests that are at the center of all our actions and decisions we take,” says Julia Hillenbrand, Head of SWISS Brand Experience. “Every consideration we make concerning new developments, new services, and new products, is taken with our guests and their well-being in mind,” adds Annabelle Reichen, Head of Hospitality and Catering Management. This commitment to providing outstanding comfort and service to our guests lies at the heart of SWISS Senses and is already reflected in our recent product launches in the section of amenities and comfort items.

Head of SWISS Brand Experience
Already in April this year, new amenity kits and pajamas, created in cooperation with the Swiss luxury fashion brand Zimmerli of Switzerland, were introduced in SWISS First. Our new signature scent “Alpine Valley”, developed in partnership with Soeder, has also been available to our guests since May, with items such as hand lotion and facial sprays provided in all lavatories on long-haul flights. Last month, new blankets, pillows and pillowcases – perfectly tailored to the new cabin color concept – were introduced in SWISS Business. New bedding options will be introduced to all other travel classes as well. SWISS Economy and SWISS Premium Economy guests can already look forward to new bedding later this year.
Our ongoing partnerships with numerous Swiss brands, along with our award-winning culinary concept “SWISS Taste of Switzerland” in SWISS First and SWISS Business, show just how much we already value the best of Switzerland’s regional gastronomy. With SWISS Senses, we are elevating the importance of Swiss traditions, local cuisines and service standards even more, and we look forward to presenting these new gastronomic delights to all our guests next year.
The new cabin: a quantum leap on our long-haul fleet
The state-of-the-art cabin embodies the essence of Swiss style and precision. It is a space where form meets function, style meets comfort, and tradition meets innovation. “With the roll-out of the new cabin on our entire long-haul fleet, the SWISS hardware product will undergo a quantum leap. Our new SWISS First and SWISS Business suites, as well as the fact that we are the only carrier in the world with a four-class cabin, including a first class offer, on every long-haul aircraft strongly sets us apart from other airlines,” states Mark Bitterli, Head of Future Intercont Experience.
By blending Swiss values and tradition with cutting-edge innovation, we are creating an unforgettable on-board experience. We invite you to join us on this exciting new journey, starting in 2025.
