SWISS Senses – our new experience on long-haul flights
Later this year, the completely redeveloped cabin will debut on our first Airbus A350-900. However, starting 5 March, guests in SWISS Premium Economy can already enjoy a wide range of new products and services – for higher comfort from the moment you step on board.
Extra space and privacy
The popular SWISS Premium Economy continues to provide guests with enhanced privacy and extra space to relax. The spacious hard-shell seat reclines effortlessly, allowing you to sit back and unwind without disturbing other passengers behind you. A privacy divider next to your headrest provides added personal space, while the generous seat pitch ensures more room to feel at ease.
Flexible audio options
Already today you can opt for our new headphones available at your seat. The reimagined cabin on the Airbus A350-900 also features Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to use your own headphones for a more personalized experience.
Entertainment and wireless charging
The expanded inflight entertainment system features a large, high-resolution screen, offering a broad selection of movies, series, music and games. Additionally, the new cabin features a new wireless charging pad, conveniently integrated into the armrest, keeping your mobile device powered throughout the flight.
Culinary highlights from take-off to landing
Soon after reaching cruising altitude, you can enjoy a welcome apéritif with a fresh treat like Sbrinz cheese – a small nod to Switzerland’s well-known Apéro culture. Next to offering new culinary concepts for the meal service before landing, our dishes have been carefully refined and are prepared with high-quality ingredients. All dishes are complemented by a wide selection of beverages, including a Swiss and a French red wine, as well as a distinguished Swiss white wine.
Snacks and beverages at your convenience
For a light bite during the day or a small midnight treat, we further offer you an upgraded selection of snacks and beverages through an active service or our onboard kiosk in between the meals.
A touch of nature to revive your senses
Alpine Valley is available as soap, hand lotion and a facial spray in the lavatories. Developed in partnership with Soeder, the fragrance – combining aromatic larch, a lively blend of citrus notes and fragrant herbs – brings the tranquility of the Swiss Alps right on board your flight.
Minimized jet lag and a rested arrival
Light plays another essential role for the quality of our sleep. Just as the sun’s natural light influences our daily routine, so does artificial light. Our Human Centric Lighting mimics natural daylight, adjusting to your flight and cabin environment. By supporting your body's rhythm, it helps minimize jet lag – so you arrive at your destination feeling rested and relaxed.
