The summer holidays are a busy time for SWISS and present our employees with a special challenge in order to give passengers a carefree start to their holiday. That's why we take a look behind the scenes throughout the sunny months and show how much coordination, expertise and commitment go into making your trip an unforgettable experience.

Our series begins with flight attendant Valerie, who takes us on a rotation from Zurich to Palma de Mallorca. While our guests start their holidays on board, the work begins for her. We were there to see how she does everything she can with a lot of commitment and passion to make the start of the holiday pleasant for our guests on board.

In the coming weeks, we will be looking over the shoulders of a captain in the cockpit, visiting our colleague in the Basel Service Center, talking to Operations Planning about special summer features and accompanying a Line Maintenance technician on his repair work. This much can be said: the faces of SWISS who put their heart and soul into ensuring a smooth summer are as varied as the holiday destinations of our passengers.
